30 Hour Yoga Intensive with Dr. Rose erin vaughan
30 HOUR YOGA INTENSIVE
This four day, 30 hour intensive is for anyone who has some yoga experience and would like to dive deeper. The daily practice will consist of breathwork, (pranayama), meditation and mantra, a 2 hour yoga sequence (non-heated), meridian based yin, acupressure and healing techniques. If you have never done a yoga intensive, dare yourself to dive deep! When we do any amount of yoga it is transformative, so you can imagine how you will feel after 4 days!
This training is for everyone, students and teachers. It is not a teacher training however if you are a teacher the hours can be used towards Yoga Alliance hours.

Join Fiona for a non-heated posture clinic based on the 26&2 practice. Whether you are new to the practice or have been practising a long time, this workshop will cover the basic foundations of the practice and focus on techniques to fine tune an established practice. The workshop is non heated and will not take the format of a regular class. Instead we will break down a few of the main postures, discuss, practice and have a discussion based on everyones questions!

Ballet-lates builds strength, grace and a sense of belonging for people who have always wanted to dance. Each class begins with a Pilates-inspired warm up followed by simple steps at the barre followed by a sequence inspired by an actual ballet, all set to classical music. KUNDALINI YOGA
